Limited menu for food, but possibly due to Corona restrictions

We were given balcony view which was way too awesome. Plus during monsoons, the location of the hotel is a plus.

There was no Wifi, plus in hotel dining charges were higher. There's much better option in the nearby locality with good restos and reasonable.

liked the safety practices,,, also the assistance given to take the luggage was friendly, also the housekeeping staff was very polite and friendly.... hot water 24 x 7

the shower was not working properly ... had to hold the knob manually to get full shower ... lot of noise from neighbouring roooms.... TV did not have the channels we wanted (cnbc and sports channels) india - aus test match could not watch becasue of this... had NO wifi

Food was good. Good quantity. Stay was very comfortable. Warm and helpful staff.

Less food options, especially breakfast. Not all the menu items were available. Due to Covid restrictions less staff was available.

There was a blockage in wash basin plus a very very limited restaurant menu which was priced exhorbitantly

Cleanness and location was good.

Behavior with our Bus Driver was rubbish. Not expected that. Almost all hotels allowed bath facility for Bus Drivers but here, it was not there.

Location is good, breakfast could have been better, should also include some Non Veg options in the spread.

There were mosquitoes in room, due to that I couldn't sleep well, I have also complained about this

The hotel manager and the night attendant at the front desk, as well as the personnel at the restaurant, were extremely helpful at all times, which compensated largely the various problems I had during those 2 days.

Although there were hardly any other guests during my stay, I had to change rooms 2 times: once because the sheets were not properly accomodated and seemed very old and a bit musty; the second time because I found a small roach under the bed and the hot water wasn't functioning in the shower. I eventually was given a much better, cleaner, newer room with a lovely view, on a different floor, so I had overall a lovely stay except for those two events. Also, there is no minibar in the rooms athough they're supposed to be there, which was a disappointment. And sadly the restaurant is much less than I expected, even for a ghost town like Lavasa. The waiters and chef went out of their ways to fit my needs, which I appreciated enormously, but the truth is besides the typical Indian breakfast there are no continental/european/american options, and everything seems to come out a box, nothing too fresh or too authentic. Its a shame, because the hotel has a nice location and is rather big and spacious; I wouldn't suggest nevertheless paying 500rps a day for a less than average breakfast, unless one is prone to not minding about the quality of things or one is very keen on Indian breakfasts, which as an American tourist is not the case.
